Competition swimwear typically fits tighter than recreational suits. We recommend consulting our detailed size charts (available on each product page) and measuring carefully. For race suits, competitive swimmers often prefer a snug fit for optimal hydrodynamics. If you’re between sizes or unsure, our customer service team (many of whom are former competitive swimmers) can advise.
Do you offer products for water fitness activities?
Absolutely! Our Aqua Aerobics section and Hip Rotation products are specifically designed for water fitness. We also carry drag suits for resistance training and a full range of female activewear perfect for poolside workouts.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide from our Australian warehouse, excluding some Asian and remote areas. All international orders are carefully packed by our team (many of whom are swimmers themselves) to ensure your gear arrives in perfect condition.
How long does order processing take?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched so you can follow its journey from our Grosvenor warehouse to your pool.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We stand behind our products but understand that sometimes things don’t work out. You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 15 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service at [email protected] to initiate a return.
What if my swimwear doesn’t fit?
We recommend carefully checking our size guides before ordering. If you need to exchange for a different size, contact us within 15 days of receipt. Note that due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unworn items with original tags attached.
