While we strive to deliver premium swimwear and accessories that meet your exact needs, we also want to make returns or exchanges simple if something isn’t quite right.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Ear Plugs (from our Aqua Aerobics/Hair & Body Product section)
  • Hair & Body Products (opened or used items)
  • Custom or special order items including team suits with custom logos

Easy Returns Process

  1. Submit Your Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order using our Returns Request Template below.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at:

  5. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return.

Refund Information

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received

International customers: Refunds will be issued in AUD and may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

Exchange Policy

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • We’ll cover standard shipping for your replacement item
  • For expedited exchanges, upgrade shipping is available at additional cost

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (which is rare for our competition-grade swimwear), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedite your replacement at no cost.
