Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:
1. Standard Shipping – $12.95 AUD

- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

2. Free Shipping
- Available for orders over $50 AUD
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pool Wear Shop purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to get what you need.
Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided they meet these conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Ear Plugs (from our Aqua Aerobics/Hair & Body Product section)
- Hair & Body Products (opened or used items)
- Custom or special order items including team suits with custom logos
Easy Returns Process

We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number. - Package Your Items:

Refund Information
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received
- International customers: Refunds will be issued in AUD and may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your financial institution

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (which is rare for our competition-grade swimwear), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedite your replacement at no cost.
